User-based permissions
Define which key fobs each person may remove and at which dates and times.
Clavium releases each key fob only to authorized users, on allowed dates and times, records withdrawal and return, and shows who is responsible for each key fob now.
Fleets, technical rooms, controlled medication, restricted areas and critical assets require real control: who took it, when, when it was returned and whether it was authorized.
Define which key fobs each person may remove and at which dates and times.
Reports show withdrawal, return, responsible user and full history for each key fob.
Delays, unauthorized attempts and critical events can generate alerts, notifications and records.
Assigning one of your employees to manually control, in a logbook, who took and who returned each key fob is a waste of human resources. Allocate people to tasks that are more focused on the final objective of your business. The investment in Clavium has a fast return. Also, have you noticed that manual control records are almost always flawed when they are most needed to establish responsibility?
Each key fob has electronic identification. The user identifies himself, the system checks permissions and automatically records every movement.

Key fobs do not have fixed positions. They can be returned to any vacant receptacle, and the system automatically recognizes which key fob was returned, where it is, and who was last responsible for it.

The same electronic key fob is used in the C1 and C3 families. Keys are attached to the body identified by the system, enabling individual control, authorized release and traceability.

The C7 and C9 families use their own key fobs, with electronic identification and receptacle signaling to guide removal, return and unauthorized attempts.
From rugged cabinets for hostile environments to modular systems for thousands of key fobs, Clavium can be configured for each operation.

Steel cabinets, protected physical keypad, monochrome display, internal UPS and individual lock per key fob.

A dedicated controller with one or several key fob cabinets, color display, fingerprint reader and individual lock per key fob.

Fingerprint reader, app, green/red indication and audit trail, without individual lock on each key fob.

Panels for hundreds or thousands of key fobs, installed in a controlled room or behind a security counter.

The C3 family was designed to grow. The controller has its own cabinet and controls one or many adjacent or interconnected key fob modules. Each key fob has an individual electromagnetic lock, but it can be returned to any free slot.
C7 is ideal when the organization needs control, traceability and operational discipline with the best cost-benefit ratio. The door is released only for registered and authorized users. After the door opens, the green light identifies the key fobs that the user is allowed to remove at that moment. Key fobs without permission are shown in red. There is no lock preventing the user from removing forbidden key fobs, but if this happens, a display message demands that the user return the key fob immediately; a siren alarm may be activated, a notification is sent to the administrator, and the improper action is clearly shown in the reports.
Clavium C7 is supplied in the following key fob capacities: 26, 39, 52 and 104.
